on a credit card. This deposit is fully refundable if the customer decides
not to move with us prior to 7 business days before the scheduled move date.

Shipping your Goods via Air --
Air shipments are available for your goods
to or from Hawaii. Estimated transit time from pickup to delivery is 3 days. Call

Cancellation Policy --
If you cancel more than 7 business days prior to the scheduled move date:

You may cancel your move more than 7 business days before the scheduled move date
by calling us at (888) 303-1213. If you cancel more than 7 business days before
the move is scheduled to begin, you will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
If you cancel less than 7 business days prior to the scheduled move date:
- You will be charged our costs up to that point in preparing for your shipment. This
may include, but is not limited to, container trucking charges and ocean transportation
cancellation charges. You will also be charged a $250 cancellation fee.
